I have a directusa debit card for my SSDI income. Last month I had 2 fraudulent charges on it. Calling the customer service number is useless because the "pending transaction" on the account must wait 5 days until they can do what little (nothing) about it and then the usual bs about a charge dispute. This charge is really bad. There is no phone number on the transaction and nothing linking it online. It's another scam! Make sure you document this here.
