I ordered a featured "Deal of the Day" Andriod Tablet from XSV360 via a group coupon company WagJag.com. After 3 weeks of seeing my order still in "processing" state, I got in touch with the customer service eMail address. They assured me that they would process my order and that the product would be delivered by December 15. Dec 15 came and went without any product. I then tried repeatedly contacting their customer service address, but with no response. I have since asked WagJag to refund my money. We'll see if WagJag responds.
