This firm charged for $2950.00 for assitance with a loan modification, after failing to provide my lender with necessary documents and not returning any phone calls they did nothing to assist with my modification, the help they offer is a scam and the California Attorney General's office website states these firms are not allowed to charge fees up front for loan modifications.
