This individual promised to get me a LOAN MODIFICATION as soon as I stopped paying on my mortgage. Wich by the way he asured me that it would not in anyway reflect on my credit report as a late! Six to seven months after not getting any one in his office to answear my calls I decided to call my lender, my lender then said that no request for a loan modification had ever been submitted by OMAR ZAMBRANO, but that I had the option of giving them my income information over the phone, i gave them my info and was approved for a loan modification. Little did i know OMAR ZAMBRANO received my modification documents and never made me aware. He also forged my signature on a power of attorney and a contract that i never signed or saw in my life. He is a real work of art with his unprofessionalism and no customer service office. The one time i did speak with some one a girls by the name of dennise was rude and had no manners!!!
