NYC Shelter System Americas Best Scam

THIS IS THE BEST SCAM NYC has going yet. (Perhaps this is nation wide)
These shelters are given money to the tune of $1500-$6000 per month, per person. They are abusing people who have already gone through some great misfortune, to be there in the first place. This system, now in place, is designed to keep people in the shelter system or homeless.

The"lucky ones" move to a new improved shelter system called SROs.
I don't understand how there is that much funding floating around that is not being utilized for real housing apartments. The SRO's are a shelter with a private revolving door. They tell the occupants when they can and can't have guest, and how long they can stay. These, like the shelters, seem to be run by and for Felons, crackheads, and many Third world people.

Third world people who look down on the average American for being in this situation to begin with. If someone misbehaves or says the wrong thing, (the truth of the situation), they can be forced on a trip, via 911 to the nearest mental hospital for the extended plan. That may include Seroquel, drug of the year.By now most of those people that did not fit the severely mentally Ill, category, will now fit right in, complete with a paper trail to prove it.
So what is available for the average person? The people whom lost their job, their homes, for any other reason. A fire, the economy, family breakup, the veterans.
Many have been forced back into the street to live.
Once the shelter system maxed out the money they could pimp off them, over charging for beds, phone services that were never used etc. Blocking them from decent independant housing, and any program that were available.
Their only recourse would be to return to the shelter and suffer abuse at the hands of felons and crackheads, whom have been given too much power. Or continue a life in the streets. How Sad!

This is definitely lining some pockets somewhere. It is up to the American people to demand change here and now. I propose a class action law suit to restore these monies back to help people and families that need it. People that have tried to do the right thing in life. It's becoming a crime to never have committed a crime, or to have never been caught for one.
