I was told that I had to pay this amount to receive a credit card and t hat it would help me build up my credit. I was to receive this in 10-14 business days. As of today I have not received anything. I have emailed them and it was returned undeliverable. I have called the number repeatedly and have gotten no response. The call goes thru but it you don't have an extension number you can not get thru.
