This company told me I was approved for 2200.00 credit line so I paid the 69.00 application fee.in 7-10 business days I received a White Diamond prepaid credit card. I called them and they explained the 2200.00 credit line would be a line of credit on my credit report to help fix my credit in turn in 30-60 days I will receive my 69.00 back. I have yet to receive it. They also sent me a email saying that "You are receiving this email to initiate the secutiy deposit refund process. Please fill out the information below and we will process your refund promptly. This process takes 5 business days to complete so do not delay. Welcome to the Flexcard family and we apologize for the extended delay."

When I click the links to receive my refund they are broken. It keeps showing up the page not found and I tried to open on different web browsers.
