My friend received an email from this company regarding Flexcard Program in which u complete the application it give you any amount you are Approved for mines was a Credit limit of $1100 it advise you it's a FlexCard because you have a Credit limit and you can Load the card to make purchases. Then it advise you to provide debit card number so they can withdraw a one time transaction in the amount of $69 deposit once you pay your fees three times the money is refunded and they report to credit bureau.
