Paid for Pikolinos Genebra boots through Paypal, never received them. What I did receive was an empty plastic gift bag with a declared value of $1 at customs, sent via registered mail. It didn't occur to me until I read posts here by other people saying they'd received worthless bags, that this scammer was sending junk items in order to get a signature. It would look like proof they'd shipped people's orders when customers who didn't receive items they paid for, opened Paypal disputes. Multiple emails were unanswered, and Paypal closed two disputes, siding withthe scammer. I appealed my dispute with Paypal by phone, was promised a refund.
