The whole company! Hang-up's-rip-off's and lying about bill, 'they' can't find my payment's cut off service

I am writing in hopes of getting my service turned back on, which was terminated unfairly. Direct t. V has no record of my payment's and shut my service off. They harass me, hang up, and wont fix this problem I can hardly get a hold of any, person to HELP ME!!! I was at a 0 balance, have the last person I spoke w / name etc... I cut down my package and then they keep harassing me about money! They say I owe! I have my statement's that say other wise.!!! Thank You!
