I received advertisement about the ability to modify my loan through going through an audit process. This process was meant to provide the proof of illegal actions on my mortgage and I was told that I had a money back guarantee. The players involved in this scam are the same as listed in some of the others. I was first in communication with Justin Grey, and then my account was managed by a Ruby Price who no longer answers my calls or emails. I finally reached them via Nikki Price who started to take over my account, but I still have not heard anything from them. I signed up back in March. Since then I have managed to acquire a home modification on my own for one of my properties. Definitely want to spread the word. We have already been scammed by these mortgage companies, it is criminal to once again get scammed again.
