Answered a mailing for modification of mortgage loan and initially spoke with a person named Patrick Jovanovic from Reliant and was charged a fee of $2988 ($996) over 3 mos. Contract was processed by Arize Group of KS spoke with several people from this office, Nikki and Ruby Price and also a Tyler Korn whom all told me I would be getting a refund as they could not modify my mortgage. I haven't been able to contact anyone from any of the phone numbers they originally provided.
