Talked to someone named Travis who informed me that my mortgage payment should not exceed more than 33% of my income.
It did and I had heard about the the government Making Home Affordable plan. So I bit on the bait. Lots of correspondence back &
forth with Ruby Price and Nikki Price. A letter of demand they sent me to forward to Freddie Mac and my mortgage company. I did this but my mortgage company denied my request and I haven't heard from them since.
