I sent in a request for a sample this company has been advertising for months. I thought I might give it a try since it was guarenteed. I got my sample and it was nothing they adveristed it to be. Returned unused and cancelled my order of any more. Got another order in called and reminded them of cancellation. Got another charge to my credit card and no product. Called again. Got another order and retunred - still have not gotten credit for any of the product. Do not request any "samples" from ovvio - it is a big time scam!!!
