I had ordered a "free" sample of their product in mid November. When it arrived I was not happy with it and called Ovvio. I was told that if I returned the product within two weeks I would not be charged. The product was returned within the two week period and on November 25th my account was charged $74.98. When I called them today, Sasha told me that the funds would be redeposited within 3 to 5 days. Somehow I doubt that. I am concerned that they will continue to charge my account now that they have my number. I will of course dispute them and they will have to deal with Visa themselves.
