I was at the self check out and it didn't print my receipt so I went up to the front desk and asked for a receipt. She was like " oh, ok" and just walked away to help another customer. She came back and said it will take a WHILE, are you sure you want it?" I was like yeah, i just said that. I thought it would take 10 minutes maximum but I waited for 20 minutes! She was so useless. If she doesn't get fired, i will never come to HEB ever again. Her name is Wendy. She clearly does not know what she's doing and needs to be replaced.
