On dec. 3, i applied for this visa card and paid the processing fee of $69.00 which they debited from my bank account immediately. As of yet, i haven't received my card which i needed desperately for christmas! I've tried many times to call the customer service number, but it just keeps saying the office is closed. I've also e-mailed them and they ssend me a pre-written script! Is this program for real or was i scammed? Please help!
