I recieved an email with an offer from Flexcard VISA on November 12. I paid the fee of $69 and waited patiently for my card. Today is Dec. 27 and I have still not recieved my card! I tried calling the customer support # but got the "Our offices are closed" message! At the very least I want my $69 back!
