Ordered a wand from this company on 9-9-11 recieving a confirmation email from them - invoice number 945616; account number 894660; amount $46.94. On 12-9-11 I sent them an email to ask if they had recieved my daughters customisation image.
I didn't hear from them so I emailed on 1-11-11 to all email addresses stated on the website (and FAQ) to ask if there was a problem.
Heard from them on 6-11-11 to say that they'd moved buildings and to be patient.
I emailed again on 28-11-11 (to all email addresses stated on the website and FAQ) for an update as still hadn't heard anything from them.
I emailed yet again on 7-12-11 practically begging for a response, if nothing else to let me know they'd at least had my emails.
It's now 20-12-11 and I still haven't heard anything, so tried to file a dispute/complaint via Paypal who took the order only to find out that would have needed to be done within 45 days after the payment which made. How conveniant for wizardwands.net!
My daughter has suffered nearly 4 months of disappointment and can honestly say this is the worst service I have ever recieved over the internet.
