I ordered two custom wands from these some time late last July. Its now nearly November. Due to lack of response, I sent an email threatening to take further action, to which the response was "Your wands should be ready to ship next Monday [October 3rd]".
I havent gotten any response since then. I've sent a few emails, but nothing came of them. The wands were for my twin cousins birthday, and seeing as that was two weeks ago I expected the wands to arrive before then for sure. But no. Needless to say, I am not pleased.
