This has been a fiasco from the beginning! I have been ripped off by Blooms today and have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
I ordered flowers online as they were offering a special. Evidently the fine print said I had to join a club. The flowers were NOT delivered on the day specified. I told them the next day would be OK, but I was very disappointed. I kept checking to see if the flowers had been delivered, but they couldn't even get hold of the driver! They asked what I wanted to do about it and I said cancel the whole thing as it was moot to even have the flowers delivered, as it was past the point of being a surprise. They took the amount off my credit card. Then I received a call saying the driver had delivered the flowers early in the afternoon of the day AFTER I had specified. So they recharged me the full amount, not the advertised amount. Also they have charged me to join their "CLUB" which I specifically told them I did NOT want to join. I was charged $9.99 for March and I see it again on my credit card for April. This is a scam!!!
