I ordered flowers from Bloomstoday on 4/14 for my grandfathers funeral. On the final payment it stated that the flowers would cost me $38. I would receive a charge for $48 and $9.99 and then would receive a $20 credit. All of that happened. What they didn't tell you was that every month you would be charged an additional $9.99 for coupons. They put it in the small print of the terms and conditions when they make you sign up to buy flowers at the discounted rate. And the fee is non-refundable. So the $20 I saved I've just spent on coupons.
