My husband purchased flowers for our wedding anniversary. He didn't realize that during the payment process he had clicked a box that would charge him $9.95 per month. For several months, we contacted our Citi credit card and they disputed it a few times. We called the company 2 x and each time was put on a 10 min. Hold. When I finally got thru to them, they would not reimburse us for the charges at all. We were totally ripped off and would never use them again.
