I first ordered a health master around Dec. the third time I ever used the product the motor blew up. It had been used only 3 minutes total, called them and was told I had to pay for shipping on a replacement unit, finally got that unit after about 8 weeks of waiting and it blew up as well on the first try straight out of the box, tried calling again for a full refund or another replacement and was ignored and hung up on. Now they will not answer my call at all. I think they have call blocking on prior customer phone numbers now. THe worst product and experience of my life by a mile. Terrible product and company. This deserves a class action lawsuit!
