Back in June I ordered and received the Montel Williams Healthmaster. I was extremely happy with the product for about 1 year. One day while using the product the lid became stuck. I was unable to lock the lid or remove it from the glass base. I put the product aside and just stop trying to use it. The topic came up at work and a co-worker told me she had the same problem but was able to get a replacement blender. So on January 11, I called up customer service and spoke to a salesmen that told me he would be glad to replace the glass base with the lid. Well, I never received the replacement product. Today, August 3, I called to try again, I was told the only notes regarding my case was how to lubricate the lid and remove it. According to customer service I was never to receive a replace but now I can buy a replacement glass base with lid for $60.00! This product has sat in my kitchen for over a year unused! This was a total waste of my money! Would not buy another product from MontelWilliams!
