I ordered a Health Master a few months ago. I loved it but it stopped working. I called the customer service about a month ago and they were supposed to send me a return label so that I could send the broken unit back and receive a new one. I have never received the label. I call customer service today to report that I had not receive the return label. When my call was answered someone was just setting on the other end and would not answer me. I could hear their conversation but they did not answer when I said hello. I tried several more times to contact customer service and got to the wait music and a recording came on and said "invalid entry, goodbye" I would not recommend any one ever buying a Health Master from Montel Williams.
I wasted 250.00 dollars.
