I ordered a Montiel Williams Health Master approximately two years ago. Rarely used it up until now. BIG MISTAKE!!! After resurrecting it I had to replace the lid which for no reason cracked. After plugging it in and using it a strange brownish colored liquid was spraying out from between the base and pitcher. I called the company and they told me that the pitcher was leaking and needed replacing. I said it hadn't hardly been used and how could it be leaking so easily? No answer just a curt "you pitcher needs replacing"! $49 USD. I'm going to Costco to purchase the Ninji. At least if something goes wrong Costco will replace it, refund your money or give you a store credit. Don't waste your money on a Health Master. The parts replacement will kill you. BTW the lid replacement I received from them was mailed to me in a thin plastic bag and was broken. I had to send it back and wait two weeks for it to come in addition to the first replacement of two weeks. NO WORTH THE BOTHER!!! Hopefully I can get 10.00 for it in a yard sale or take a donation deduction on my taxes next year. Go to costo. If you don't have one near your order online. Www.costco.com
