I don't know why I receive your text from 57582 and my mobile account has been deducted by 10 Euros yesterday (19 Dec).
I didn't subscribe to any of your services. But the text from 57582 told me to unsubscribe to send text of STOP. Because I checked my mobile account and surprised to find that 10 Euros was taken away, I sent STOP. After a while, I received another text said I didn't subscribe to any services before.
Now I DONT KNOW WHERE MY MONEY HAS GONE?!
As I don't need any services, I just want the subscription to be stopped and get my 10 Euros back.
Please help me to check about it and get my money back
