I know what these people are going through with this magazine business. I have worked for one person who happens to own, operate, and is constantly on the move.
I worked the phone and have been asked to try to get a sale no matter what, but my adive to you it DO NOT, I am serious here DO NOT go through the tape recording of the voice verifications.
The one reasons why you are getting called over and over again is because of the fact that they are no longer getting your money, or the order has gotten kicked back because of the verification did not go through... The reason for the many calls. These people don't care if you have no monay right now to pay for this, all they care about is that they get your money.
But I may say that the reason I had quit working for this person was the fact that I have not gotten paid a paycheck, I am owed over $900.00, which I am told by them that it was not in their records.
Just absolutely do not take any crap from these people! They are going to get mean at times, but tell them flat out that you will contact the GENERAL ATTORNEY that scares them. When I worked for them I could not make calls to that of Attornies, police, judges, and so on, anything that would incrimanate them scares them.
They have moved from Texas, to Colorado, to Kansas, and has now moved here to that of Fair Play, Missouri. Has the office running out of a hotel room behind a bar. I have been informed that they have writen numberous checks to others that are not good. And I assume that things for this one company is not doing to well.
But please understand me, this is NOT the only company that does this, there is a number of them that do this. They are mostly linked together. Same ones that are on a Federal Law Suit against them, maybe not in their names but still the same they are the ones running this business.
I was told to leave the office in July because I caught a few co-workers who were selling credit card numbers to another company, they were allowed to go back to work, I was not. Now if this does not scare you into using more security with your accounts, then flat out tell these callers that you canceled they throw away your number, tell them you recieved a cancelation card in the mail.
