Complaint / review text:
I went to the Monro Muffler store on 4311 Mayfield Road, Cleveland, OH sometime during April 2010. I went there to get the oxygen sensor changed on my Audi. When I went to get my car back after the repair I noticed that a part of the car interior (that covers the seat belt slider) was broken and was hanging in air. I immediately confronted them and after denying it initially accepted that they broke it by saying that the mechanic was big for my car!!! Seriously, thats some excuse to break my car. The store manager promised to replace the part and has been saying that he has back ordered the part with audi and he has not received it ever since. Its been a year now and I'm tired of calling the guy. I take my car to et it fixed and they break some other part of it instead. I can't believe they call this good customer service. I will never go back to a monro store again.
