Requested a trial sample of anti wrinkle serum at an agreed price of $1.99 in August however no sample arrived. Juveneu then decided to help themselves to $83.13 on 14/09 and another $92.33 on the 29/09 from my credit card. No goods were ever received and why 2 transactions in less than 2 weeks. This is an absolute case of blatant theft and intended fraud. I am yet to discover if more deductions have been made by Juveneu this month and as a result, a cancellation of this credit card is now warranted.
