I emailed the above company asking to take part in a Free trial of their Juveneu anti-wrinkle serum and cream & gave my Mastercard a/c details for the company to withdraw £1.29 for the cost of postage. After about 3 weeks a bottle of the serum arrived and about 3 weeks later another bottle of serum arrived but no cream. I checked my Mastercard statement for Sept. And was horrified to see Juveneu had charged £56.20 to my a/c (I had not ordered the 2nd bottle and had certainly not agreed to buy the original one.) I then checked my Mastercard October statement online and was again horrified to find Juveneu had made an unauthorized charge to my Mastercard a/c. Of £59.11 (I immediately cancelled my Mastercard and am being sent a replacement.) I'm in receipt of one bottle of serum which I had not ordered so would be glad of advice as to whether I should return the bottle and request my Mastercard a/c be refunded or hold onto it pro tem!
