Similar to everyone else I received a letter then called the 800 number. I spoke with Derrick who said that he could modify my loan and get me a 2% rate. He even gave me the listing for BBB. I dealt with Ruby on a bi-weekly basis and she said it takes time. Then I received the following email

As you may know, S & S Services, Inc. And The Arize Group, Inc. Was a subcontractor to Reliant Financial Group, dba D&K Holdings, Inc. To perform a portion of the work which Reliant agreed to perform for you. Due to current legal problems involving Reliant Financial Group, it has become necessary for S & S and The Arize Group, Inc. To suspend operations, making us unable to perform any further services on your file.
Any questions regarding your file should be directed to Reliant Financial Group, D&K Holdings, Inc. Or the Consumer Protection Division of the Johnson County District Attorney’s Office whose phone number is: (913) 715-3003.
