I received a notice in the mail stating that this company (The Arize Group) could assist me in either getting my Mortgage interest rate lowered to 2% and the pressure would cause the mortgage company to lower my principle balance by more than half the amount because they are not the originators of the loan.
This group was out of Shawee, KS. I spoke with a lady named Ruby Price several times and she was really good at speaking nicely and string you along. As time went on, I began to call more (800-719-8031 ext 101) and ask harder questions. Then, Ruby would back paddle and say she's not an attorney and she would check w / their attorney to see if he would write another demand letter.
I corresponded on email with Ruby Price and a lady names Sara! The email they would use was intake. [email protected]
Unlike others, I was too trusting and allowed my mortgage to go into default thinking that my loan would be restructured because the Arise Group was on my case. Ms. Prize even stated to me on the phone that the mortage company could not put me out of my house.
Since march, I've been fighting to stay in my home. The amount I'm pastdue is exactly the amount I paid to the Arize Group: $2,990.00 in 3 payments of $997.
