Gave them the money, they said they will help reduce our mortgage and interest rate; and it says in the contract, that you can get your money back, but you cant... They are bottom feeders that are preying on people in a poor economy. And we are NOT the only ones.
They tell you to send them $996 for 3 months; May June July, do not pay your mortgage.
