I ordered the free sample and told them I did not want to re order they took it upon themselves to charge my account $108.00 and refuse to give me the credit Ripoff Janis

I ordered there free sample and was told if I called to cancel that I would not be charged for the product, I called and they had sent the product and charged my visa $108.00. I was so mad I called the company and they told me to return the product when I got it and that I would get a credit on my visa, I got the product and returned it that same day. I just called to find out why I have not had a credit to my account and the girl told me they don't give refunds.
