I have worked in high end retail for 30 years. The main reality is that making the consumer happy is overall more important then making a sale vs. Return.
O.com is not a sale store or low cost aand tells there customer service people to say anything just make them get off chat line. There is never any sense of fairness or satisfaction. After spending close to 1000.00 I am ashamed of my stupidity and trust in that company. Send them a message to change or close shop.
