I am an avid customer of Best buy, and I have a reward card. I have enjoyed shopping here for the past years and this is my first complaint. Day after christmas I was shopping at best buy for some DVDs. I noticed some DVDs on sale for 3.99 and 5.99, I picked the up and went to check out. The cashier ranged the up but they were not on sale. I would appear that the DVDs were placed. I was 30 DVDs three different titles I was looking for stocked out of place. That I can understand, I told the attendant she went to the manager they explained that it was an overstock issue. What was frustrating is that checking back hour later they did not move the DVDs the error was still there. At his point this is false advertisement. For a consumer that spent hundreds of dollars this year and was denied three DVDs for 3.99 a piece shows that this particular store manager cares not for the consumer. I even took pictures to show them that that stocking situation still exist. "not a happy consumer"
