Unauthorized Check Debit

Checking banking account information this morning a withdraw of $37.95 plus an overdraft fee of $29.95 on my account. Don't know how these people received my bank account information. Filed a police report & notified bank. Now I have to close my account. Just wondering who got the better deal.
