I was checking my account balance over the phone, on the 02November. When my balance was not what I thought it should be. I realizes a debit was made that I was not aware of. I then went on line and behold this company UKEEPVOIP had debited from my checking account $37.95, I contacted the bank immediately, it was just yesterday that the bank was able to refund me my money. I am upset because, I never been in contact from anyone at this company or know who this company is. I was very lucky that this transaction did not cause a chain reaction to my account. I did question my bank because, they allowed this transaction through without a address, office number or signature on the back of the check for endorsement. This has taught me because of the holidays to be more vigil of my account.
