I applied for a $5000.00 loan and was asked to send a transfer fee. I signed the loan agreement and sent the money. After the money was received by attorney david smith i was told by the ceo of the company, harsh roongta, that i needed to send an additional $2500. O0 to secure the insurance for the loan. It was stated in the loan agreement that the company would be responsible for the security of the loan. Therefore, i refused to send anymore money. At that point, they refused to send the loan funds and would not refund my transfer fee. I could not consider sending more money with no funds to do so. Now i have no money to live on as they would not even refund the transfer fee. I believe i have been scammed in the worst sense and they need to pay me back or forward the loan as promised.
