I went to www.usalendinginstitution.com and applied for a $5,000 loan. A few weeks after, I was contacted by Anita who left a message saying that I was approved for the loan. Another day, one Ben Johnson called from the same company with the same information. He told me that to secure the loan I'll need to send $350 before the money is deposited in my account. Foolishly, I asked him if I could get $10,000 instead, he said yes, however, I would have to send $700 to a Jacqueline Rahim in Ontario, Canada. I called back later that day and one Lisa gave me the transfer information. I sent it (750.00) to their so called, insurace company Prudent and Partners LTD. Aka P@P LTD in Ontario Canada, or so I thought.
After sending the money, I called back and asked where my loan is, Lisa told me that I needed to send $300 more, at this point, I told her that this is a scam and I'm not sending anymore money. I told her that I want my money back, she told me that someone will be contacting me within 2 to 4 business weeks, to arrange a refund.
I've tried calling the number: 888-813-5676 and no longer able to get through, there is a recording saying that this account or something like that is on hold, to contact consumer service.
Do not send your money to these people, now I know that it is illegal to send money in order to receive a loan.
