I recently took out a loan on the internet with Plain Green on November 10. I received two notices from my bank (Priority One Bank) stating that I have insufficient finds in my checking account. On November the 1st and December the 6 it was posted on my account. Premier attenpted to make a withdraw on both dates causing my checking account to overdraft. Now I'm scared that when I get paid on the 9th of december that they will try to make another withdraw. I need someone to block them from doing this. I live from pay check to pay check and barely make ends meet. On Thursday december 1, I looked on the internet and emailed Premier and told them in the letter that I did not order anything from them and I gave them my cell phone to contact me. Premier operators called from a unknown number that you could not call back. On december 6 I called Premier at 12:53 from a voicemail that was left on my cell phone the number was 8183805710, I talk to an operator and I told her that I needed to talk to someone about an order that they said I had on the information that I looked up on the internet. The operator then told me that she did not have a number for me to call, I kept asking her to connect me to someone and she kept saying she did not know Premier's number and she kept trying to rush me off the phone. I call my bank and told them the problem and I did everything that the bank told me to do. I called the bank's lender and they took my information and also had me to contact you all.
