H2O wireless sent an email that they were unable to complete airtime purchase as I may have entered incorrect CVV2 or Billing address. So I called dealer and made another purchase.
Now despite the email that they cancelled my first order, they [H2O] wireless charged my first purchase without sending any confirmatory email. They are not replying my email and their customer service cannot be reasched due to heavy call volumes. My credit card company is helping me right now but the process is slow.
