GoVios Wireless Phone Service (JVR LLC) Ordered and paid for new service. Product not received. Company will not return calls or emails

I ordered and paid for new wireless phone service from GoVios. The plan included a free phone and 200 minutes, with an recycling fee of $39. I paid $54.95 with my card over the phone. When I requested the confirmation #, she advised me that I would be receiving a confirmation email. The email confirms an order ID 1918, details of my order, order taken by rep #166966. It has been 3 weeks. No email confirming processing my order, no mail, no phone calls. I've attempted to contact GoVios by phone and email, never reaching anyone. I've left countless phone and email messages, but GoVios doesn't respond. This company is quick to process payment but doesn't seem to exist afterwards.
