I ordererd a sample pack for US$5.95 using my credit card and the charge appeared on my statement on Oct 28. Then on Nov 13 another charge for US$74.95 (ref 885501000273) appeared on my statement followed by a second charge for US$74.95 (ref 736382000263) on Dec 4 (I could not fit the details of the second charge above). I have also not received any product. I want the charges to be cancelled.
