Then they will close the account indefinitely and ask you to send verification of your personal information via fax. When you call CS they will deduct $1 each time, and it's all designed to drain as much money out of your account as possible. Meanwhile they use your money to give out loans and collect interest, and if you don't do anything about it you can kiss your money goodbye.
This is illegal File a BBB / FTC / Attorney general / and Dept of justice complaint to get your money returned to you otherwise they never give it back to you.
