I ordered stompeez slippers on November 18.2011 for 19.99 plus I paid extra on shipping (overnight), and 1.00 processing fee for a total of 41.98. There was never an email sent to me, nor to this day does the website show the item I ordered to be out of stock. After calling and dealing with the company and being place on hold a total of 5 hours 27 min (sitting on hold now) for 3 calls I still have not got my product. My last phone call as of this past Friday I spoke with Micheal who guarenteed me that I would receive my product by Saturday. The product did not come however this am at 5:30 I did receive an order that my product was on back order. This will not help me since I have to mail to my granddaughter whos dad is in germany in military
