Whilst using Dealcent.com the auctions bugged out and stopped working properly. I tried to speak to the support team, but they just ignore me now. The first day they said that nothing had gone wrong and to e-mail them with proof that something went wrong. The second day they said that the e-mail system was broken and would reply shortly. The third day they said I would get a reply shortly again. The fourth day they asked me what the complaint was AGAIN after speaking to the same person the previous 3 days, said that the management team then had the complain and I would get a reply shortly, and then continued to ignore me and didn't even end the Liveperson chat conversation. I have found details that give me reason to believe the company/website is a scam!!
