I contacted them to help me, reduce my mortgage payment, they said that they deal with this all the time, and that they will need money up front before they can help me. After two months they have not made an effort to contact me. They disconnected their phone, and their e-mail addresses, so i have no way of getting a hold of them. I fear now i will lose my home
